This is so true of self building as ultimately you are the one in control of your project and you need to sustain whether it will be a viable option for you.

The Lowestoft Self Build Association are essentially a group of individuals each with their own flavour, who wanted to self build locally and decided to form an association aiming to bring the right ingredients together, such as local landowners and self builders, to ensure together we can make our self build dream a reality.
